Mixing Prints

Happy Thursday! It's almost Friday and I couldn't be more excited for the upcoming weekend. Its going to be full of activities! So Im definitely looking forward to it.
I was playing around with this raffia belt after I used it for the jumpsuit the other day and I loved the way it looked with this adorable, perfect for this heat, romper. When mixing prints, try to keep at least some similar colors even if they might be different tones. For example, here I kept the coral color in the romper and just amped it up a bit with the brighter coral of the belt. Hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

XOXO,
Isa

Jumpsuit Happy

It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood today and the perfect day to rock my new jumpsuit! I am in love with this piece! Its ultimately sophisticated and chic! Not to mention it is super soft and comfy. I did change it up a little and added my own personal touches with the pops of coral in the clutch and a little texture with this great raffia belt. Its all in creating your own unique style with main pieces like this versatile jumpsuit. Stop by Shop Vals Boutique to checkout this great and affordable jumpsuit and all her other amazing items.

Xoxo,
Isa

Easter Sunday

Good Morning! Hope everyone had a great Easter Sunday and weekend. I have to say I had a nice one and I actually got my hubby to take blog pictures for me! Woo Hoo for me!!! He's usually not so into it so I feel like I accomplished something. (LOL)
Yesterday was a beautiful day and of course with it being Easter and all, we all go out of our way to dress up a little bit. I wanted to be comfortable so I chose this loose fitting ivory dress (love the feminine ruffles at the bottom) and of course had to cover up a little bit with this gorgeous floral kimono which I got at a local outlet for 9.99! I found it to be such a versatile piece. Works great as a beach coverup too! And it adds a soft feminine element to any simple outfit. These minty fresh wedges pulled the whole look together and really brought out the colors in the kimono. If you haven't noticed, I'm very into pastels this Spring so I try to incorporate into my outfits as much or as little as possible.
Have a great week!

XOXO,
Isa
