Nudes and Leopard

Well, its not quite Friday yet but almost there. There's a Thunderstorm and a Tornado warning going on right about now so I figured coffee and blogging would be my best solution to cabin fever. Especially while the kids nap (doesn't happen too often!) This post is all about adding just a tad bit of edge to an otherwise simple outfit. You can never go wrong with boyfriend jeans and a nude or white blouse, or have too many for that matter. I added some edge to this simple look with these leopard heels and added a pinch of color with the belt. I have to say these heels are surprisingly comfy. It really has a lot to do with the thick heel. It's a big trend right now and looks great with any outfit. And helps you walk a little more stable for daytime looks as oppose to the good old stilettos. Now please don't misunderstand me, I LOVE my stilettos! But sometimes certain days call for a more sturdier heel!

XOXO,
Isa

Houndstooth Chic-Part 2

As promised, here is the night look with my houndstooth dress. I switched up the heels to these fierce and sexy sandals! And added some more color and texture with a neon clutch. I also ditched the long necklace for a more refined elegant look and just kept it simple with these sparkly dangling earrings.

XOXO,
Isa

Houndstooth Chic-Part 1

Happy Monday! I hope you all enjoyed my beach waves tutorial from last week and hope it actually taught you how to get the look. It was difficult to put together since it was my first time. But anyways, don't forget to tag me so I can see all your looks!
I wanted to start the week off with a chic office look that can easily be transformed into a chic night look. I got this printed dress from the last sale at Zara. I love its versatility and if you know anything about me, I'm all about versatility! I paired it with a blazer and cute pumps (choosing pastel pink to start bringing in spring) and this dress is ready to start the day at the office. Check back later today for my night look!

XOXO,
Isa
